This is a great spot so close to the CBD & The Rocks. It provides a great view of the Bridge and Luna Park can be seen across the harbour. From an elevated position you'll have great views looking west out towards the sunset. Park benches, amazing trees and stone walls are plentiful. There's a rotunda available for hire too. With a number of paths and grassy areas outlooking over the harbour this is a great spot for wedding photos. The downside of this location is that it's one of the most popular spots in Sydney and it's not uncommon to have multiple bridal parties present.
